These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of travel-related services by Tourism Hub (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to the client (“you” or “customer”) and shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the parties.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Booking and Payment
Bookings shall be confirmed upon receipt of the required advance deposit or full payment, as stipulated in the package terms.

All quoted prices are subject to availability and may vary until the final payment is received.

Payment must be made through accepted methods only. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking for non-payment.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation charges shall apply in accordance with the specific package policy.

Certain services, such as airline tickets, visa fees, and special experiences, may be non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period, not exceeding 15 business days, from the date of cancellation confirmation.

3. Amendments
Requests for amendments to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No guarantee is provided for successful amendments once services have been confirmed.

4. Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documentation.

The Company shall not be liable for refusal of entry or travel disruptions arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Insurance
The Company strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel risks.

The Company disclaims any liability for losses not covered by insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts solely as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).

The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage resulting from acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party provider, natural calamity, government action, or force majeure event.

7. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and abide by local laws during their travels.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw services from any individual whose behavior is deemed unlawful, disruptive, or dangerous, without any refund.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
